A safe space you need to pause, make sense of your story, and move forward with clarity.
The Meaning of Selah
Originating from ancient scripture, Selah is a musical mark indicating a deliberate pause. It is a gentle reminder to stop, breathe, and reflect. At Selah Therapy, it represents a sacred interruption to life's relentless rhythm, offering an intentional space to soften your pace, steady your heart, and settle into a grounding stillness.
Your Guide on this Path
As an LMFT, I bring over 5+ years of clinical experience and 9 years advocacy in the domestic violence field. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, and complex trauma. Through CBT/DBT and EMDR, we will safely process past hurts, break negative patterns, and restore harmony to your life and relationships.
Outside the clinic, I share a fulfilling life with my husband, our daughter, and two energetic golden retrievers. We enjoy tending to our plants, experimenting with baking, and finding different places to explore.
